On August 7th, China Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Resources Development Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Quanzhou Jinyang Container Co., Ltd. Based on the principles and spirit of honesty and trustworthiness, fairness and rationality, complementary advantages and benefit sharing, the two Parties will cooperate in the foreign leasing project of the former 73311 and 73141 troops of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the agricultural and sideline base in Xibin Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. 

The key areas of cooperation between the two sides include the following aspects: ecological agriculture, modern agriculture, green industry, rural cultural and tourism industry, investment and development of poverty alleviation projects, planting and breeding industry, production, processing and sales of agricultural and sideline products, sales of agricultural means of production, import and export trade of agricultural products, supply chain of agricultural products, certification services of agricultural industrial base E-commerce and technology promotion services, etc. Agricultural production base is a very basic and important factor of production and life for farmers, including land, production and processing facilities, warehousing and other infrastructure. Revitalizing and improving agricultural production facilities is of great significance to improving the regional agricultural production efficiency and build a multiple-format modern agriculture.
