The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the core area of the "one belt, one road initiative". From a historical perspective, the position of Hotan is very important, whether it is jade trade or silk trade and economic cooperation, or in the process of national administration, regional stability and border defense strategy, or cross-cultural exchanges. It is an important regional node with unique geographical advantages and at the same time, Hotan area is the focus of regional coordinated development.
