Recently, the Kenjiu team of China Resources Development Group visited Moutai Town in Renhuai City, Guizhou Province. Team members visited Mr. Xu, Dean of the Chinese Spirit Inspection Center. He introduced the development history of Chinese Spirit in this region, the culture of the sauce-flavor Chinese Spirit and the unique flavor of Moutai Spirit. The banks of Chishui river are known for the good ecological environment where thousands of biological flora exist. It is such environment that creates the superior Chinese Spirit. The team look forward to taking advantage of the unique environment of Moutai Town to present the consumers a unique sauce-flavor Chinese Spirit.

Moutai Town lies in106° E and 29.5° N，the northwest of Guizhou Plateau, and it is in the north of the west section of Dalou Mountains. The town is surrounded by mountains with low terrains. Moutai town is located in the world's golden wine making zone. It is a subtropical humid monsoon climate with constant temperature and humidity all year round. It is warm in the winter and hot in the summer with mild climate and hot rainy season, the air is humid and the soil is fertile. The unique climate, fertile soil, quality water and the airborne microbial community in Moutai Town played a decisive role in the formation of the unique flavor of Moutai Chinese Spirit. In this sense, the characteristics of Moutai is the unique geographical and climatic characteristics of Chishui River in Moutai town.
