Recently, at the invitation of the people's government and partners of Gaochang District of Turpan city, along with the personal escort of the District Governor Mr. Wei, representatives of CRDG visited the environmental and ecological restoration project in the district. The two Parties had in-depth and extensive exchanges on logistics projects and cultural and tourism resources development projects in the port economic zone, and reached a preliminary cooperation consensus.

Turpan is a prefecture level city under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and it is located in the central part of the autonomous region. It is located in the hinterland of Eurasia.  It is the gateway of Urumqi, an important transportation hub of the new Silk Road and Eurasian Continental Bridge, and an important link between China and the surrounding Central Asian countries. As a charming city in the “Belt-and-Road”region, Turpan has rich resources and regional and national characteristics. It has formed four new hot energy industries, namely, new energy, sand therapy, high quality agricultural products and sun-drying. We should make full use of the advantages of local resources, rationally develop and utilize resources, give full play to the regional climate, natural conditions and geographical advantages, and reasonably develop related industries； at the same time, it is of great significance to protect and restore the ecological environment in the process of resource development by ensuring the natural resources, comprehensively implementing the requirements of the sustainable development concept, and achieving the harmonious development of man and nature.

Through cooperation with the local government, our Group hopes to to give full play to its advantages and make positive contributions to the economic development of this ancient cultural city, simultaneously make due positive contributions to the promotion of the great national "Belt-and-Road" strategy. Our Group is willing to protect the natural resources and restore the ecological environment while developing local resources and local economy. Implement the scientific concept and top-level design of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" proposed by President Xi Jinping, and build a beautiful China on the premise of adhering to the basic national policy of saving resources and protecting the environment. Give full play to the unique advantages of local resources and environment, and make due contributions to China's economic development and social progress.
